June 8th: Psalm 8

Oh Lord, You are so amazing! Everywhere I look I see Your glory.

I hear You in the amazingly beautiful things Emma says, and in the intricate way Trevor was made. How can anyone see Your creation and not believe in You?

I am so amazed that You would create such beautiful things-- the eclipse we saw a few weeks ago; fingerprints on my babies before they were born; the geological wonders that we see everyday-- and yet You are still interested in me. I'm floored by that, Lord! What is there in me that You could possibly find interesting? 

 

Thank You, Lord, that You are not only interested in me and my life, but that You sent Your son to die for my sins-- to redeem me! You are awesome, Lord!
