4 Chicken Breasts
2 Cups of your favorite salsa
Juice from one lime
1/4 to 1/3 cup Cilantro (use less if you're not a big cilantro fan)
1 Jalapeno, chopped
One packet of taco seasoning
16 ounces of Sour Cream
Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the sour cream together in a crock pot. Cook over low for 6 hours. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken, and mix all the ingredients together. Cook for another 30 minutes or so. Stir in the sour cream, and serve over rice.
